My initial enquiry was with Zak Hussein. His encouragement led me to open my first-ever investment. I was impressed with the sincerity and the honest approach with Patrick Warde and recently Harry Collingwood as well which never waivered and All three have been very approachable. I have however found online matters very stressful and time-consuming so much so that I have had to rely on the helpline . I especially want to mention IAN in technical support The letters I received with up-dates and instructions did not, for me, make for easy reading but I take into account necessary to include all levels of the investment community.

First class And friendly service, very professional and have kept me updated on my investment. Thoroughly recommended.
