Brand new Asus Zenbook developed a charging / battery fault. Asus remotely diagnosed it as needing reapir at their facility and organised shipping. The repair was done immediately, and the laptop returned very quickly. No charges for me.

terrible experience
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with your service. I ordered a 650 euro laptop on your website and also paid an extra 20 euro for express delivery to receive the item on time. However, the delivery was 4 days late, which was already a major inconvenience. And the laptop arrived with a defect. This order was placed on a special occasion - for my mom's birthday. Due to the said problems, I was unable to deliver the gift on time, thus ruining this important event. Whenever I tried to call the customer service, they hung up as soon as they heard my bad French (I am at A1 level), in English they don't want to talk and simply hang up on me. I called 30 times! Carl 30 times! ASUS is an international company no? It's disgusting.
Then I asked a French friend to call them, my friend is a lawyer and knows the law. And what did they tell him? Since the package was not returned within 3 days, they don't want to refund the money or take 15 percent of the value of the goods. That's crazy. My lawyer explained the Consumer Rights Act to them and they agreed. How is that possible? Is it a market or what is it? I end up going to send them their broken laptop FOR MY MONEY! This whole thing is like some kind of nightmare. It's a disgusting experience. I will NEVER order ASUS from France again. So much wasted money, nerves, and time. I never got my money back by the way. It's been 3 weeks.
COMPUTER NOT WORKING
The HDMI port of my ASUS TUF DASH F15 (1500 euros) was not working.
I've sent my computer to ASUS support center and they changed my mother board. Exactly 4 months after the reparation, the computer doesn't start.
No lights, no alimentation, Nothing !!!
ASUS doesn't want to repair my computer, they have no traceability of the maintenance they did, they are not able to prove that the new materiel was not defective.
PLEASE AVOID ASUS AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, the support center is a disaster !
I will not stop to copy / paste this message while ASUS will not do anything for me.
BEWARE LAPTOP MODEL F1605ZA ASUS…
BEWARE LAPTOP MODEL F1605ZA ASUS LAPTOP, Computer caught fire inside my home on my coffee table while Iid was closed and not being used.
The laptop was plugged in, I came home 5 minutes before my home and my 8-year-old Chihuahua Bethoveen were destroyed by fire.
I Contacted Asus who did send a replacement computer after 3 weeks!
Mine was under warranty, also it was a better model than the one that I previously had that caught fire, this is true.Then I asked for smoke damage cleanup to be paid for by Asus, because there was thousands of dollars worth of smoke damage to my home, and $650 worth of fire damage.
Asus agreed to pay the damages if I sent the laptop to them which I did and of course they would not compensate me because it was determined to be started
from an outside source. What tha What? What outside source? No one was home, and the fire department ruled the laptop caught fire because the battery became hot enough to combust. Asus made that up to keep from paying the damages to my home.
The estimated damage from the smoke was b/w $4100 and $7,500 I got two estimates from Servpro, and ServiceMaster which are professional smoke cleaning services.
They refuse to pay any of the money to have the home cleaned up. And use trickery and stall tactics to receive the laptop as well as delay.
I'm going to say this again the computer caught fire on my coffee table in my home, it did not just get hot and melt the plastic it burst into flames and was on fire when I opened my front door to my home, ON FIRE and it was pitch black dark inside my home and Beethoven who is like one of our kids, was in the closet, a smart place to be, but I had to go inside the home three times to find him in pitch black smoke the smoke covered my entire home the mattresses all our clothes all my furniture my HVAC units everything completely covered in black smoke. I had thrown water on the computer, not a good idea by the way, then throw the computer outside the home into the yard to put it out. Asus refused to pay for any of it. What if it would have been at night and me and my kids and our dog were all asleep in our home? We may have all succumbed to smoke inhalation and then most certainly worse, I've read more than one article with this very incident has occurred and many many laptop fires have started because of overheating batteries. I am trying to warn the public and here is the model number. Laptop model F1605ZA. BEWARE OF THIS COMPUTER AND COMPANY PLEASE. Get this, I only ask for $5,000 from Asus, that only covers the cleaning of the home that does not cover any furniture any clothes any mattresses that will just covers the walls the ceiling and the carpet. They did not offer to pay for any hotels which we were displaced and still are,, AND STILL ARE!! WE ARE STAYING AT MY MOTHER'S HOME. We're a poor family blue collar hard-working, barely making ends meet as it is family. And we ask for nothing but our home to be cleaned so we could move back in. We did not ask for anything else nothin, only the smoke removed from our home so we do not become sick and sit on furniture that turns our clothes black. Please understand this we did not ask for 20 or 30 or 40 or $50,000 but 5, FIVE. LOL FIVE. A outside source would mean that someone broke into my home and did what? set fire to my laptop with a match a torch a magnifying glass? What outside source? Pathetic please be aware before you buy this model F1605ZA. I would advise against buying one from them at all. I've never sued anyone before, but now I see why people do.

Had my Asus vivobook lcd replaced while…
Had my Asus vivobook lcd replaced while under warranty. Took only few days to be repaired. Been using my laptop for almost a year after being repaired and now it has the same problem with the lcd like last time again.

I received an excellent support from the ASUS team following my purchase of the ZenFone 9 that was made not for sale in France and EU. Asus team identified it and provided me with all details promptly. And with this help I managed to return the phone to the dealer, and receive a full refund in spite of the after sale overdue. And by the way, I purchased another ZenFone 9 but directly from ASUS France at the very competitive price. Much appreciated their support and would recommend the company to everyone.
A big disappointment !
A month ago, we bought an Asus ROG Strix 27-inch curved gaming monitor, as we thought that having a screen of the same brand with the gaming laptop would be better in terms of compatibility and performance. Although there were cheaper alternatives, we chosen ASUS for that reason.
Yesterday, horizontal lines suddenly appeared on the screen, and we packed it up and took it to the store where we bought it. They told that they will send it for inspection and repair to the service center.
We have used since last 25 years many monitors and TV's in our home of known brands such as Apple, Sony, Philips and we haven't experienced any problems with them except they reach end of their life.
On the other hand we are sure that we installed and used the product with outmost care and free of any impact.
That has been a real frustration for us, since we paid to this product more than its alternatives just because the laptop of our son was one of the same brand and same serie. We wanted a better compatibility.
This is the first time that we purchased a ASUS monitor and and it turned out to be a big disappointment.

SERVICE HORRIBLE, VRAIMENT TERRIBLE
Service vraiment terrible, j'ai acheté un moniteur pour près de 2 mille euros, ils m'ont envoyé un moniteur défectueux, je l'ai renvoyé, je l'ai soigneusement emballé, j'ai mis une mousse de protection, j'ai envoyé tous les accessoires soigneusement dans la boîte, ils m'ont envoyé un nouveau moniteur, qui est PIRE que le moniteur que j'ai reçu auparavant, est venu avec un emballage horrible, aucune protection d'écran du tout, ils ont perdu l'outil fourni avec le moniteur, tout simplement le pire service que j'aie jamais eu ici en Europe, vraiment terrible , je suis au chômage (je stream des jeux) ça fait plus d'une semaine à cause de leur mauvais service, maintenant je vais devoir attendre encore deux semaines pour recevoir le TROISIEME moniteur, très très mauvais, ne l'achetez pas, c'est vraiment très mauvais, si je reçois le troisième moniteur cassé, j'en parlerai à mon avocat, je suis fatigué....

So today i just got an email saying that i need to leave my screen at a postal service station, but as i mentioned many times, i cant do that since I DONT HAVE A CAR, i also dont know anyone in here, and im gonna say it again, i need someone to grab the screen where it was delivered, at my house, im gonna say again, i dont have a car, and i dont have a friend to borrow me a car, i just moved to france and i dont know anyone here that can help me, so you guys NEED to send someone to grab the screen AT MY HOUSE, i cant walk with a 48" screen on the streets, you guys have a disgusting service, i also gonna say one last time, i did not buy a REFURBISHED screen, so if i recieve a BROWN box again, i will not even sign the delivery, im just gonna send the screen back until i recieve what i paid for, a NEW SCREEN ON THE ORIGINAL BOX, im not gonna accepet used screens that was fixed, i did not buy that, if that was the cas i could have just bought a used screen.
Again, i WILL NOT accept a brown box, and I DONT HAVE A CAR.

So, today i recieved another monitor, the third one, this time ive took my camera, and started recording so Asus Lawyer wont be able to say that im the one breaking monitors, i recorded all my unboxing, and guess what? The monitor is broken again, smashed screen, im just here to tell people whats hapening, and im sueing Asus.

WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING ANYTHING THAT I EVER HAD ON MY ENTIRE FREAKING LIFE, AND I CAME FROM BRAZIL WHERE WE HAVE FAKE PRODUCTS, NO LAWS, PEOPLE THAT JUST DONT CARE, so you can only imagine how dumb those guys are, just really awfull, OH MY FREAKING GOD...
I wish i could say exactly what i think, but i would get banned for that so...
