I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Asyllum that I'd been eyeing off for a while now, and I'm pretty happy with how they came out. The quality is very good and they're true to their image. The sizing is... See more

I ordered a pair of 'platform fold over…
I ordered a pair of 'platform fold over chunky boots' all the way back in feb 28th, my parcel was delivered to a random parcel shop on the other side of the country, and when I contacted Asyllum's customer service, they're extremely reluctant to take accountability. I have also spoken with Royal Mail, the courier, and they've assured me that this is an issue of the retailer, however Asylum keeps sifting the blame onto the courier. I had rang the parcel shop, only for them to tell me that they return parcels that have not been collected back to the owners, so where is my parcel currently? probably lost or their warehouse. Anywho, I've been asking for a refund but I doubt I'll receive anything due to their lack of accountability. I'm honestly gutted, I'd been wanting these boots for months.
