Fast delivery, and there were no problems returning the items and getting my refund.
I ordered vases - small items. I have no experience with bigger items.
The quality of the items I ordered was so-so. They felt a little bit cheap, but for the price it was ok... I'd say things have less quality than e.g. an H&M Home or Zara Home, which sometimes have items in the same price category.
Nonetheless, JOTEX has a better selection of items and I'm happy with my purchase.

Extremely long and non transparent delivery
Extremely long delivery times, which aren’t transparent, and multiple delivery services involved. You never know when your product will arrive until the day before, and the tracking codes lead to random 3rd party delivery services who don’t end up making the delivery!
P.S. @lisa Your customer service actually did nothing in terms of helping with the clarity of delivery. They only offered to cancel the item 😅

Got the wrong item
I ordered a floor lamp, which wad only available at Jotex. Sadly they sent me a carpet instead of the lamp!? Since I really wanted the lamp, I am very disappointed now... Can not recommend for obvious reasons.

Your website does not specify the delivery date before the order is placed.
The order was not cancelled as I requested and you sent the package anyways.
The FAQ page is bad and unhelpful.
The return procedure is vague.
Terrible customer experience with very limited time availability each day through the phone line.

Terrible customer service
Zero customer service , no service after you’ve made the purchase. You take the money and you let the customer wait. Waiting for my order for 10 days. “Helpline” only open 3 hours in the morning but only messages, no human to answer. Shipping company rude and not answering. I will make sure everyone knows you are just promises and no delivery. Terrible company, I should put zero star if I could.

Bed broken completely after a year.
We ordered a bed for our daughter and after a year it broke completely. The quality is horrible and we noticed from the start that if you sit on it, there was a sound like it could crack which happened now after a year and only a 20kg child was sleeping on it. That is criminal quality for such money.
