I was advised to purchase an Atag heating system by my trusted heating engineer. I have now had it installed for nearly two years and have had no issues. It looks good and does all that it is supposed to. The head office have been in contact to ensure that I am happy and to advise that they have professionals on the end of a phone if I require assistance. That gave me great peace of mind.

Quiet and efficient boilers with good after-sales service
We replaced an old boiler that had reached the end of its useful life (repeated faults, difficulty in getting parts etc.) with a new ATAG boiler integrated with a new Tado smart thermostat system.
The ATAG is noticeably quieter than the old boiler and so far has given us no problems.
ATAG seem to have good after-sales service from what we have seen - of course we haven't - touch wood - had any issues so we haven't had to invoke the warranty, but we have had e-mail reminders just before the annual service is due etc.
Hoping that the ATAG will remain trouble-free for many years!

Good choice for replacement boiler
We needed a new boiler and our local plumber recommended Atag as he fits a lot of them to customers and family alike.
It's easy to use , it's quiet and has saved us money on fuel consumption. It's serviced yearly and since fitting we have had not had any problems at all.

Ours is 2 years old now.
We have had the boiler about two years now, no issues, very easily adjusted for summer/winter. Very happy with the long time warranty as it basically means we'll only pay for services yearly and should there be an issue it'll be covered.

I had this Atag fitted when my old boiler was costing lots of monry to kep it running, since having this boiler intalled 2 years ago on the recomendation of my heating engineer I have had massive saving of the cost of gas, I find it a very reliable boiler never have any trouble and you get a long gaurantee with it .I would highly recomend it to you.

Great boiler and great service
This is a great boiler and great company. No issues at all. Comes with an App to control the boiler that is so easy to use, also has the option of smart attachments for individual radiators. Good quality boiler and great service. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I decided to install a new boiler and radiators. Prior to this we invited 3 different plumbers to come and view the property and provide us with a quote.
Only one plumber actually came back to us and provided us with a quote, partially due to the complexity of the boiler having to be moved from down stairs to upstairs and a new gas pipe having to be installed in the process.
Derek Scott from Deronne,Daies,Premnay,Insch, AB52 6QN knew exactly how to go about the task and provided us with a quote that we found acceptable, on his recommendation he advised us to fit an ATAG boiler, on the basis that he had been installing them for a number of years with very little or no problems after installation.
The boiler that we had installed is an ATAG IC Economiser 35 Plus combi boiler, which comes with a 12 year warranty, which we can control via the Hive control system.
This boiler is super efficient and quiet as it is located in an old airing cupboard which used to house the hot water tank from our old heating system.
On the back of us installing an ATAG boiler, my sister in law had Derek Scott install a full new heating system including all pipe work and radiators and a ATAG Boiler in her property also.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this type of Boiler should anyone be looking to upgrade their heating system.

I have had 2 ATAG boilers now and…
I have had 2 ATAG boilers now and frankly can’t praise them enough. They are very efficient, very reliable and have great warranty terms. For me as well it integrates well with my HomeAutomation system (because I am a sad IT addict!).
They also offer good support on the phone and their service engineers certainly know their stuff.
