The site may be very secure and meet certain requirements, but in my opinion, it lacks much of the information needed for the transactions that can be performed there. Help and technical support are only accessible through WhatsApp or Twitter. Responses to inquiries made through these means are quite vague and take a long time to respond. Furthermore, there is no FAQ or general help. Some of the page's options don't work or are blocked. It doesn't allow transferring USD from a bank account to the wallet. There is no detailed information on the transfer costs (gas fees and network fees) required for the amount being transferred. Furthermore, they are excessively high. This leads me to believe that the site is not professional enough or could be used as a scam.

Ataine.com - This wallet is one big SCAM.

Do not pay any ETH into your wallet to withdraw funds that show available.
You wont be able to withdraw and they will take your ETH.

Even if your balance of USDT ERC20 shows an X amount - they put it in internal. There is actually nothing available.

Beware you will lose money !!!!!

Apparently, I need enough gas fee to withdraw my money.
Don't fall for it, according to my findings & parsons securities, a compensation filing is required to withdraw your money.
All other payment request is a decoy to steal from you.

Totally a scam 100% you can't swap funds within the wallet to get gas fees to send it somewhere and when you try to contact the customer service they told me to wait until tomorrow that they were busy lol

This site is a scam they scam unknowing clients into paying gas fees to withdraw their funds from the platform no one has any proof that they have been able to draw their funds. Why are you not able to send funds from within the platform and use those same funds for gas fees!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!
