Yesterday I was in the waiting room…
Yesterday I called to make an appointment for my blood work! I was on the phone writing for someone to answer my call. It took one and held hours! When the lady answered I explained to he that I was waiting for my turn on the waiting list for so long. She said we were busy she was not nice and give me an appointment after five days and I explained to her that I needed an appointment sooner! “she said too bad I have no other options for you” this is a bad thing not to think about patients wellbeing!!
So I think this company is only thinking about making money and other things are not important!!!
