Hosting

I do not recommend!!! In June, I ordered hosting from the company for a year. A few weeks later they wrote me that they would refund my order, but to this day I have not been refunded!!! Support is not responding to my messages!!!

Edit2:it's been three weeks since I wrote the support ticket number and I still haven't received the payment back!
No one wrote to me, explained anything... Is this how you value your customers???
I've had enough!!!.I want to report the whole matter to the Japanese police authorities.
