1. To begin with, the products and clothes do not match the photos shown in the videos and images. The clothes look more like Shine items and something else. Furthermore, I asked for a refund because I returned the item.
No response by email, no response on Instagram despite several follow-ups; they are simply thieves. I advise everyone not to run away from this scammer brand.❌

Beautiful clothing with kind personel, but lack of care
Beautiful choices of clothing and shoes. I had ordered Lane Line shoes on Jan 20th this year. Unfortunately I never received them. So instead of rating the shoes ill be rating the customer care. When I had ordered the shoes I got all the confirmation letters and shipment details. But as days went on my shoe delivery status was stagnant. I contacted the company and asked if everything is okay, I knew they had tons of orders so things could have gotten mixed up or late, which I didn’t mind, I just wanted clarity. The customer service was super nice, they responded with care and told me they will be checking my order out and reaching out to me in 3-5 working days. Those days passed and nothing, then another week passed, nothing. I contacted again, they apologised and said they will be contacting the delivery company for the status and will reach back to me in 5-7 days. Yet again after a week and another week after that they never reached out. I had to email them a third time asking about my order and only after then they told me that they never shipped it out. This silence from them and lack of care had dragged on for two months! Even though their response was always professional, friendly and kind, undertood my frustration and disappointment, I just don’t understand why not say it wasn’t being able to be shipped out to begin with and give me my refund, rather than keep it for themselves for months and only after prying them could I finally understand the situation. Overall, I really want those goddamn shoes, but I’m unsure if I’d purchase from them again
