Maybe I expected too much, good product but the box cutter is too lose, kinda worried I’ll cut myself when I pull it out of my pocket.

Utterly junk. $20 for a pen that should cost $1, if that. Do not buy from this company. Peddling cheap Chinese junk.

Never had a company reach out after a purchase, i think that’s pretty awesome and i have a huge following on Instagram and treat my clients the same so i found that very personable. Love the quality of the product and all my clients and follows have asked me where i got it. So the quality speaks volumes.

It’s a great case. Only issue I have is that the opening part is very thin and sometimes it gets difficult to open it right away.

The ink refills I ordered came in a package that would only protect them from water. There was no cushioning or support for them, so when I received them they were all bent. Every one!! And the black tips that connect them to the pen itself were almost all broken! Very disappointed. I will be returning them. I haven't decided whether to try again or apologize to my husband for the pen I bought him.

I sent an email to your customer service regarding an order which was not correct along with my contact info and never heard back from anyone.
After reading my negative review, an ATech customer service member contacted me and shipped out the correct refill for my pen at no extra charge.

Prices are a little high but good products cost a little more

I bought the 5 in 1 multi tool and the 8 in 1 multi tool. My complaint is it is hard to get the different attachments out of the 8 in 1 tool. You need a screw driver to push the different heads out. The 5 in 1 seems better but only has two screw heads. Purchased these to switch out the batteries in my automatic car key fob. So just need the flathead.

Efficient in responding to my questions and I gave out to my friends the items I ordered and they liked it a lot

Really excited to test this pen, make it a permanent addition to my EDC. FAILED!

Pros-
Heavy duty, feels great in my hand
Level is great, accurate
Both flat and Phillips screw drives work well

Cons-
The box cutter broke on the first use cutting the packing tape off an amazon box
Box cutter needs a cap, it get stuck in your bag or pants and will tear up your items
pen ran out of ink after 5 mins of writing
Stylus is garbage, tested on my iPhone, my wife’s iPhone, my iPad, it wouldn’t grip to swipe. I have another stylus pen that works flawlessly.

Final thoughts-
I love the heavy duty material, the way it feels in my hand. I also love the tools it provides and how it packs into itself. Over all the cons weigh to heavy for me to recommend this multi function pen; there are better option on the market right now.
