I ordered a large wick candle from Atelier38 after trying all the well known high street brands that I felt had lost their luxury smell.
I was NOT disappointed. Stunning scented candle (I went for the Bergamot, Verbena and Basil). Its smell spreads through the whole house and lingers the day after being lit the night before.
Not only a top product but equally fantastic customer service.
My candle was delivered to some random address and was initially thought to be ‘lost’. I contacted the small family company who went above and beyond and drove another candle out to my house as it was for a birthday present. This was a good 45 min drive each way around the M25 too.
It gets even better when the candle was then delivered to my door by the people who had incorrectly received it. I contacted Atelier38 and explained and asked how to return the second item. They were adamant I keep the replacement too for no extra cost.
My second candle is almost done and I have re ordered again. If you are hesitating in purchasing DON’T. I would highly recommend on all fronts. A very customer serviced based company with excellent products. A rare find these days.
