Il negozio on line ok... Ma...

Nessun problema sulla consegna. Ho acquistato una giacca di pelle, praticamente il giorno dopo la scontistica era maggiore, li ho contattati per chiedere gentilmente se avessero potuto applicarmi quello sconto dal momento che era passato un giorno dalla consegna, avrei potuto procedere al reso, mi hanno detto che era un errore tecnico. Hanno persino ripristinato il prezzo identico a quello pagato da me, peccato qualche giorno dopo hanno impostato uno sconto ancora più alto. Veramente sarei tentato a procedere al reso visto che sono ancora in tempo utile! Sicuramente poco attenti nei confronti del cliente. In situazioni del genere, più di un venditore, ha provveduto a rimborsarmi la differenza (ovviamente parliamo di un cambio prezzo a ridosso della consegna).

Persone qualificate e professionisti…

Persone qualificate e professionisti seri. Unico neo: al cambio taglia mi rimandano indietro lo stesso articolo anziché la taglia giusta. Il tutto chiaramente risolto in quella che rimane esperienza positiva dell’acquisto
