Excellent shipping and delivery time to Canada as well as prompt email confirmation and tracking. I took a gamble and purchased the mini Sully bag after seeing an ad on Instagram. It is as beautiful online as it is in-person. The gold hardware looks very elegant as it is not overly shiny; and the adjustable strap has enough holes to make it to the length I prefer. The leather feels sturdy and the workmanship is precise. Thank you for a great experience!

The bag (Mini Marly) is lovely. The buying experience online is easy, delivery is fast and the bag arrived beautifully packaged. My only wish is that there could be a medium Marly, just halfway between the mini and the regular size.
Edit: I've noticed another reviewer saying there was no protective plastic on hardware. There is, but it's so imperceptible it's almost invisible, both on the lock and all four feet. In fact, it's so subtle that I'm leaving it on.

I received my first Ateliers Auguste bag and I love it! Shipping was quick, I ordered my bag online on a Sunday and received my bag on Wednesday just 3 days later. The black mini Monceau with gold hardware is beautifully made, simple but elegant looking. Exactly what I was looking for in an everyday bag. I plan to order other bags from Ateliers Auguste in the future!

I love the style of this bag—it’s elegant and beautifully made. The leather is incredibly smooth and feels high quality. My only small wish is that the leather were a bit more flexible, as that would allow me to comfortably fit more items over time. That said, the silver hardware paired with the cappuccino color is stunning. I love the silver so much that I’d definitely consider purchasing this bag again in black, possibly with gold hardware next time.

Customer service was also excellent. I reached out when my order took longer than the expected three to five business days, and their team was very responsive and helpful. Overall, I think this is a great company, and I’m truly enjoying my bag so far.

I got the Monceau bag in black with silver hardware. The bag looks very lacklustre, and bulky! I have a similar style bag from another brand (The Vancouver) , similar size and at the same price which looks and feels so much nicer!
I really wanted an Atelier Auguste bag and still want to try the Mini Marley! But this boxy bag is not for me. I would have returned it if I hadn’t taken off the protective plastics from the hardware and the stuffing the bag came with!

Bag came in perfect condition. The color is even better in person than online "off white". The bag looks like something you would find in a high end boutique without paying ridiculous prices. Will definitely check out this brand for future purchases.

The bag I kept, Mini Monceau in Forest Green, is my favourite bag in my collection. The bag I returned, Alma in Red Lizard Embossed, I was refunded for quickly and with no questions asked. Well done, Ateliers Auguste, I will be back for sure :)

Although the bag is a little bit heavy, the design is really nice, minimalist, and has a sense of luxury, and I really loved it.

There are some sloppy parts such as the finish of the leather edges and the treatment/finishes on the end of the strap (not straight), and there are areas that need to be improved (,and I was hesitant to return it,) but I like the design anyways, so I think I will use it as it is.
