Very interesting prices but chaotic payment processing

I like a lot the offer on the website and the prices are quite interesting!
BUT -1 star because of the very poor website design and functionality.
In fact, I was absolutely not able to use any instant payment method, which website normally proposes.
I was obliged to choose "Rechnungskauf" (purchase from Germany).
Then the invoice comes from the bank service under completely different email address after some time. Then I cannot recall any more why I did not pay immediately and why I still owe money. For me, Rechnungskauf is a total NO-GO, I don't want to add stress of unpaid invoices to my life, just because I wanted to buy some yarn!

2 months later, I have not received my package or any notification from the company. They did not contact me.

When i contacted the customer service in July, they told me they could not find my order and that I would have to make another order, paying again. I have not received a refund yet.

Terrific

Terrific. Everything you wish for. The table runners are easy to embroider. Everything is there, embroidery thread, needle and Aida fabric. Enjoy shopping at this company.
