Bought a keyboard poppet fidget toy, it has not arrived, daughter is disappointed. It has been three weeks. I've had to open a dispute case through Paypal as the website atequins.com has been taken down!!!! Seems like a scam.
I also have not received my order. The only way to contact is through email and then I have not received a response. Please respond with contact information so this can be resolved. I agree. This seems like a scam.

There is literally NO way for me to contact you guys and I have not received my order that I placed over a month ago. If you would actually like to contact me then please post your updated information, otherwise I’m requesting a refund through my bank or USPS because this is ridiculous.

Slow shipping, but made it before the holiday. Product is poor quality. The pop it pencil case, pop it interface comes loose from the plastic case frame.
I made an order on November 19 and haven’t receive it yet. Those were my Christmas presents, but now is too late.
