I spent $125 on a pillow I never received and Wells Fargo wouldn’t refund my money because it was too long between order and complaint

I ordered a wedge pillow May 2022. Still have not received it, crickets from customer service and Chrome now states the website is not secure.

I ordered in May 2022, up to this day have not received the item and the website is gone. They are scammers. Please do not buy from them even under a different name. SCAMMERS. They took my $115 and told me about an unexpected shut down in China. The bank (chase) refunded the money and then took it back because they, Atheina told them that they gave me a tracking number which was totally bogus and led to nothing. I am disappointed with this bogus company and my bank for not realizing they Atheina is FAKE

ordered a pillow in march- JUST received it last week ( ALMOST SEPTEMBER!) and its complete trash. terrible quality and won't un wrinkle---- prob bc its been smashed in a box for 5 months. really disappointed!

Total SCAM! Just like the other reviews, verbatim...took $125 immediately and then gave me a bogus tracking number. Customer service asked if I wanted a 10% credit off (which never happened) and then finally no answer and website is gone. Lesson learned, but really hurts the small legit businesses who are honest and just trying to get their merchandise out there?

I placed and order received it months after ordering. I emailed for a refund after receiving, wasn’t happy with the quality.

I emailed them and no response. I just emailed again and received a response, email no deliverable.

SCAMMERS!!! Placed an order in April, got an email with an update to order status then another with a tracking number and order shipped status. The tracking has stopped and 4 months later nothing. I sent an email last month and tried reaching out again only to find out the company no longer exist.

I placed an order in April 2022. Never received my order.
Contacted them many many many times. Crickets.
The worst customer service department I’ve ever encountered. They need to be accountable to all the people/customers that they have taken advantage of. They keep your money. I’m out $125.00. Never again and I let everyone know do not do business with these people

Same complaint as everyone else. I ordered in April, didn't get tracking info right away so they reached out to apologize. They finally sent a month later and I've never heard from them since. It's exactly 3 months later and I'm praying my bank refunds me. Wish these reviews were around in April :(

DO.NOT.BUY!!! I wish I could tell you how HORRIBLE our experience was. Ordered in April, got it in July. It was a king sized length pillow and came in an 11x14 box of matted-down batting. it's basically a pillowcase, no structure or support. SUCH A SCAM!!!

Complete scam do not purchase from these crooks. They took my funds! They are in China or something like that ! Never got my item. Gave me a useless tracking number. When I finally was able to track the item was given to someone in Pennsylvania. I’m in California…scammers !they don’t answer my messages crooks.They were on Pinterest yet I can find them on there anymore. They belong in prison !

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I ordered the wedge pillow about four months ago and still have no received it. In that time, I bought a house and moved, so I have a new address. I have been emailing with their info address since April 17. I asked for a refund several times and they denied it. Customer service has been polite, but very slow to reply and unwilling to resolve what I consider to be an unacceptable problem. I don’t even want the pillow any more, I just want my money back and to move on.

Scam! I've been waiting for the product for over 2 months. They took the money immediately.

This company is an absolute scam, my story is like everyone else's. I ordered 2 pillows, they took over 4 months, and only one arrived. Their return policy is absolute garbage. It's says you have to return your item with in 30 days of purchase, and can not be refunded or returned while in transit. If you get a bogus tracking number, guess what? Your items are in transit for ever. Received one of the 2 items, it was horrible quality and I could have bought better quality at Walmart for 90% less. The customer service while asking for their covid return policies effected by shipping issues were deflected by sending an article about USPS delays. Once I said I received something I've sent multiple emails asking for a return & refund & I'm now ghosted by them, zero replies. Do not buy from this company, it is 100% a scam.

I also got scammed!! Never got the product never got an email and now the website is nowhere to be found. It seemed legitimate. I’m trying to get my money back from the bank. If I don’t I’ll be so upset. 125 dollars down the drain

Scam alert. Just like the other reviews here. Getting a charge back from credit card co. Website is gone.

Like so many others I ordered this at the end of April and received a bogus tracking number a couple of weeks later that never moved, flag #1. I reached out to the company and they told me there were delays with shipping from China. The website said it was shipped from the US so there’s flag #2. I responded and said I wanted to cancel and they stopped replying, flag #3. I immediately reached out to my credit card provider and reported the transaction. After another week I tried contacting again, no response so I went to their website to try to locate a phone number and the whole site is gone. So glad for the purchase guarantee as my credit card received a full refund today.

Absolute garbage. Waited four months for the thing to arrive and it’s flat as a board with rough fabric. A total waste of over a hundred dollars. I’m furious.

Ordered it waited 3 months for a flimsy wrinkled pillow, nothing like the picture and no refunds. Wasted well over $100
