Very polite friendly phone call with Darren who assisted me with doing my will.

Fabulous consultation with Darren who explained all about the products I decided on. I didn’t feel rushed and I wasn’t pressured into anything I didn’t want.

i have been trying to get in touch with our broker andrew hesketh for 2 weeks left many messages still no reply now when i phone the office says they are busy please leave your name and number we will get back to you then it goes to engaged tone then cuts you off they sent me a message a while ago that they where changing how they was taling payments from direct debit to a debit card should have realized then something wasnt right they have had £312.50 of my money but now its off the debit card i do not think i can get it back can someone now get in touch with me and clarify what is going on

Spoke to Adam at Atheno as he dealt with my mums lasting power of attorneys. I don't usually leave reviews unless I feel the service was either dreadful or exceptional and I have to say that I found the service from Atheno to be 5 stars. Adam made what we anticipated to be a difficult conversation and subject to be very easy going and went above and beyond to explain and address any concerns making us feel very much as ease. I have since recommended Atheno to my partners parents and Adam is providing the same excellent service so thank you for all your help and good luck with building you're son's tree house! Kimberley.

Beware, this is a SCAM! Pressured an elderly, lone relative to pay, even when relative said they were tired and wanted time to think. Relative gave nearly £700 and hasn't received anything, no paperwork or documents at all. AVOID! TOTAL SCAM!
Still haven't received the will 6/06/2025. More than 2 years later.

andrew made it simple to under stand no presure to sign we had a number of chats on the phone plus some emails he was a very nice guy good advert for your componey explaind that it could take up to 20 weeks to complete.

Surprised! What a wonderful gentleman. Well spoken, helpful, friendly, would deal with him any time, obviously very interested in his job, sounds very kind. Happy New Year, and the best of luck to Atheno Ltd.

PAID £614 IN JUNE STILL NO POA'S
On the 19th June I researched about having a POA for both me and my husband. I phoned a couple of Companies. One of these was Atheno. The young man on the phone was very pleasant and advised me that for £614 I could have these both done and all complete so I paid the £614. The next day a company I had left a message phoned me and I said I am sorry but I have sorted it. He then went on to tell me the price and it was quite a bit cheaper. Both being pensioners we have to watch our pennies. As most of you know there is a 14 day cooling off period. So I phoned Atheno and I felt terrible having to cancel he talked me into staying with them and they would also do the wills as well. The other company included them.

From that day it has been a nightmare still the documents. One of the reasons was both mine and hubby's signature was a little outside the box also I hadn't had mine witnessed. They were returned to us they were sorted and all sent back mid Sept. Heard nothing since messaged our contact Scott lots of times. He is now asking for £82.00 and asking if we are on any benefits. He said he will look into it. I am brokenhearted at the moment as hubby 80 in April and is having major Cancer surgery on the 27th November and this POA Isn't in place or the wills. This has become an absolute nightmare for me at 75..I really don't know what to do next. Help and advice needed please.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I feel my worries to Atheno are falling on deaf ears. There doesn't seem to be any urgency in getting this sorted for us. Was told yesterday he is on holiday!!!

Adam was fantastic, really helped put my mind at ease so when I pass my estate will be divided up as I intended. The conversation was very easy no pressure and he explained everything in depth so I know what is going to happen when I pass. I would certainly recommend Adam to my family and friends.

I have been looking at getting will for a number of months but was struggling to decide the best way to go about it, there are so many different ways to do it and I didn't want my estate and hard work over the years not to go fully to my family

Adam was fantastic very helpful, I'm now happy that my estate will be divided as I want it to be with very few tax implications for my family when I pass away.

Adam really took the time to listen to me and to find me the best solution, as soon as I put the phone down I spoke to my brother who finds himself in the same predicament as i was and I'm sure Adam will be helping him also.

Would 100% recommend using Atheno

Sorted out my Will and IPA through this company, couldn't recommend highly enough. Adam was very professional and helpful from start to finish.
