Shocking, avoid this company, zero customer support, confirmed order that does not arrive when stated, invalid tracking number that does not exist with carrier, joke shop of a company, avoid avoid avoid, zero stars. Trying to follow up and was ghosted, no way of getting answers from them as I was blanked after contacting company multiple times multiple ways.

Keep clear of this company people. If you go to their website, all the reviews are not real. The first 190 5 star reviews (36) pages are by two people, 189 are duplicate. I suspect if you check page 37, it'll be more of the same.

I think the guns are great and after the first one broke they replaced it pretty quickly but not the second one has broken. It’s is after about 9or ten months of not much use, it won’t charge, same problem with the first one. I don’t normally write reviews but it seems this product stops working after a certain amount of time which isn’t great. Other reviews have said the same. But while it’s working it is brilliant!

I ordered the Athlefix Pro Massage Gun, and it stopped working after 10 months. I have contacted the company about this, but I have not received a reply or acknowledgment of my email. It says warranty with every purchase, but this is not the case. Do not order from this company.

Great company, use the massage gun every day and great bit of kit. The best around I have used and with all the accessories. One day it stopped working and spoke to them and they have replaced it all within the same week. Highly recommend

Certainly not next day delivery, a week late and still no delivery.

Received one or two emails initially, but their customer support seem to have disappeared. No contact number on their website.

My Athlefix gun was charging only for an hour and using the correct charging cord it over heated the battery and now doesn’t work.

I’ve tried getting in contact - but no one has reached out.

Nothing wrong with my massage gun, but paid for a replacement charger cable on their website and didn't receive a confirmation email. Contacted them and Ashley emailed to say that order didn't exist.

Managed to find the confirmation page in my browser history and sent it to them. Ashley was then able to find the order and said it had been dispatched. Amazon Tracking shows a label has been printed but nothing dispatched approx 10 days later.

Losing faith in them rapidly. Be vary wary of these guys.

Terrible product DO NOT BUY!! Just a cheap massage gun. Attempted numerous times to get a refund with no contact from company. Went through paypal and got my money back.

I brought this as a Christmas present and I have tried to contact t them by email phone and chat on website (this doesn’t work) I’ve had 1 email back but no help and I’ve been trying for ages. I wouldn’t by from them again! Waste of money!

First order was returned by the courier, I spoke with customer service who were great at first, I ordered a second one and asked for the first one to be refunded. I was told that if it was resent I would receive return information and refund. 2 weeks later the original order arrived and I have been trying to get the return information since January. My emails have been ignored. I don't understand how upon first contact customer service were prompt and helpful but since then they seem to have disappeared.
Absolutely dreadful.

I placed an order on the 16Dec. 2022 for a Pro Massage Gun and the item has not been delivered to me.
I have sent numerous emails to your support email address , I had one (1) reply only which said that the order had been resent but I have not received anything.
There is no phone number that I can ring and/or message!!!
Your company and your customer support is a disgrace.
I now want my money €85 returned to me in full .

Massage gun has stopped charging, emailed support email & no response. Not good enough, take people's hard earn money & can't respond for a faulty product.

Absolute scam. Lied about the parcel being rejected at the address when it never even reached us. Said they would re-send but never have. Have not responded to a requesed refund

I have eventually received my order. I did get a response from the customer service team via email when trying to chase it - they advised on the Royal Mail delay.

Absolutely terrible never received the item and the company were blaming it on Dpd , contacted Dpd they never received the parcel and then they stop answering emails and never answered the phone I ordered it for a Christmas present
