I had a very concerning experience with this brand’s adjustable dumbbell. During normal use, while switching weights, one of the plates suddenly detached and fell onto my ankle, causing a serious injury that required a hospital visit.

What’s worse is that I later found multiple similar reviews on Amazon describing the exact same issue, which suggests this is not an isolated case but a recurring safety problem.

This is a defective and unsafe product. I would strongly caution others before buying.

I was looking for an affordable pair of dumbbells that would consolidate all the dumbbells into one set. I stumbled across this website, and I immediately ordered a smaller set and then realized that they had a larger set available. I quickly reached out to customer service and they were able to cancel the original order and make the new order effortlessly.I look forward to using the dumbbells when they arrive.

After reaching out to customer service, they were able to send out handles to replace the original broken ones. I may try and spray some oil on a new ones to try and prevent them from sticking, but I’m not sure how long it will last. At least the customer service continued through the issue.

i've been using their adjustable dumbbells for almost two weeks now. Seems very solid, easy to use. I hated changing the weights on my "manual" dumbbells. I save like 20 min each workout. Great quality and not that expensive (compared to others). Love it.

Got it a little over a week ago and so far so good! Replaces a huge volume of dumbbells. Easy to adjust. Good "hand feel". They do not "clank" when you use them if you learn how to position them.
