HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
They take forever to ship, and do not communicate properly. I've been messaging them for any update, and they just ignore every one of them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!
Comfortable and reliable for the price

Very bad service
This is a scam. ATK is a scam. I have ordered a mouse more than two weeks ago and it was not dispatched yet. Status is unchanged since "We've received your order". And that's it. Support does not answer. I lost almost 100 USD.
UPDATE: the mouse have finally arrived on the 25th of March, after well over a month of waiting. I have changed the rating from 1 start to 2 stars, but I will not go higher and I would neither recommend this store nor buy anything again. I do not care how good the product is (it is good indeed acc. to my son), as long as the overall experience was bad, there was hardly any information given, there is no customer support and I felt ripped off for a month.
