Made a call to this company to book a level 2 survey on a property we are about to purchase. Communication was excellent throughout and the process explained. The Surveyor produced a robust report with lots of detail. All timelines were met. Before booking we checked around for prices and these were one of the best with no loss of quality. Would highly recommend

Best survey I’ve ever had. From the tailored customer service to the extremely detailed report and professional skilled survey. Good value and clear pricing; it was nice to deal with a smaller local business rather than a national company where you are lost in the system, 100% recommend.

Booked a level 2 RICS homebuyers survey. Atkin Hallam were priced competively, extremely efficient to organise the survey & produce the report. They have been a pleasure to deal with throughout & I would thoroughly recommend using their services.

Booked a level 2 survey and was impressed at how efficient the service was from initial booking to delivery of report. 6 days it took in total. Massive thanks to Jo, for taking our call on a Saturday morning and Lewis for conducting the survey and talking us through his findings. I would like to highly recommend the service received from Jo in the office and Louis at Atkinson Hallam Surveyors. Jo was extremely pleasant from my initial call and enthusiastic about her service.
Louis was punctual and very pleasant to deal with. I asked lots of questions which he answered clearly and he showed genuine interest in my purchase making the process easy.
Once I made the payment the survey arrived which was fantastic it was done within a couple of days after the survey.

Very impressed with the service I received for my homebuyers survey. The efficiency with which they replied to emails and produced the report following the survey was brilliant. I really liked that they sent the invoice after the survey but before the report. The report itself was thorough yet clear and self-explanatory. As a first time buyer going it alone, the whole process is very daunting. The team at Atkin Hallam made this that little bit easier for me. The friendly customer service and turnaround time has been an absolute dream and I couldn’t be more grateful!

This team pulled out all the stops for me. I put in a request for a homebuyers survey on the day after New Years weekend. They rang the estate agents on the same day to book the survey and the estate agents wrongly hurried them saying we were due to complete very soon (completion was actually a few weeks away still). Jo and Lewis rose to the occasion booking the survey 2 days after they received my request and provided a fully comprehensive report that evening.

The report is one of the most comprehensive I have seen, with photos clearly showing where there may be areas of concern. The team showed that they truly care for their clients by the speed of their actions and the comprehensive nature of the report with full photographic evidence of what they surveyed. They did not once complain, or even mention, about the timeline given to them... I only found out about this from the estate agent themselves.

Faultless service from start to finish left me feeling 100% confident going into both my purchases, and I wouldn’t use any other firm. Im my opinion nobody can compete with the price nor the quality of the homebuyers survey. The reports both contained every detail an untrained eye needs to know about before they commit to a purchase , in a clear and concise format. Jo & Lewis keep up the excellent work 👏

Brilliant, professional service from start to finish. Jo, at the office couldn't have been more helpful. From booking survey, was only a matter of days before carried out. Jo answered all my questions and even got surveyor to call me to discuss findings. Very thorough HB report and very good PRICE, when shopping around and comparing quotes. Can't recommend enough.

I requested a surveyor quote and received a call within the hour from Jo who was extremely helpful and friendly. I searched for Atkin Hallam on Google and realised they were a new business. Jo confirmed all of the credentials including their membership with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) which put my mind at ease and I proceeded with the quote. All correspondence was professional and prompt. I received the report the same day as the property survey took place. I am more than pleased with the stress-free, high quality service and I would 100% recommend.
