They recived the parcel well and quickly I had sold them two half soverons that they had said would be worth £600 each making it 1.2k total. When they got them I received a email saying they were only worth £600 due to them being damaged even though the website never specified that they needed to be a certain condition and my coins were not in bad condition at all I mean they we’re not mint but no majour damage, very disappointed wouldn’t recommend, I then called them and asked them if they would ship them back and pay postage and they refused leading to me spending £10 just to get them sent back to me. WOULDNT RECOMMEND!!!

Husband took time off work for a visit for quotes on numerous jobs in our property including 2 room refits so not a small job by any means. Initial impressions were very good and he was impressed with the visit but we were left with vague instructions about getting back to them after visiting a plumbers merchants to choose items. After a delay in the project due to health issues at our end which meant we hadn’t been able to do this, attempts to contact them again to discuss getting the price for the initial parts of the job have gone unanswered and ignored for nearly a month now despite their customer charter claims that they won’t disappear. Very disappointing as they seemed to offer what we were looking for but no follow up after the initial visit and no response to our messages is frustrating when we were planning to use them for significant works.

A very professional and helpful company. All staff ranging from Director through to skilled staff and apprentices were masters of their craft. A very positive team who delivered the results they promised. We would certainly use the company again.

Excellent service by Dale Atkinson. We were having problems with our boiler for a long time. Dale found the problem straight away. He did a great job. A lovely friendly professional man. Would definitely recommend his company.

Had an emergency leak coming through the ceiling today. Rang these guys and they were here in minutes. Dale was great. He rang for a joiner from the same company to fix the flooring and the whole job was complete within 20 minutes. They even put the carpet and bed back in place for us which they didnt need to do. Proper gents. Cant thank them enough!

Cant thank Dale enough for today. Had a leak coming through my ceiling and he arrived swiftly and sorted it straight away.

What can I say about this company! There absolutely brilliant so professional always double checking to make sure the work is 100% couldn't recommend them enough I defiantly won't be using anyone else had enough of cowboys builders so glad to finally find a company that do a top notch job!

Excellent from start to finish. Friendly, polite, respectful. Fast response, kept us updated to let us know when work would be starting. No complaints about the unexpected issues that arose. All in all a great job from great people. Will definitely use Dale and his team again in the future.

I was having a few minor issues with my boiler, Pressure dropping and Ignition lock out error. Someone recommended Atkinsons to me, so I booked a boiler service and to look at my issues. Dale turned up at my home and within 5 seconds of removing the boiler front cover he found the 1st fault! He also found other fault on boiler, turns out my boiler has never ever been serviced correctly in 8 years! Delighted with my experience.

Dale from Atkinson’s came and looked at what we needed. We had a quote within a day and Dale was very helpful and a great chap too. The boiler and google nest were fitted after removing the previous one within two days. Really nice guys and a great service. Thanks very much. 👏🏻

Gary and his team of skilled tradesmen have done an incredible job in delivering our major extension on time and in budget. They are incredibly skilled, dedicated and diligent with a high level of attention to detail in ensuring our extension matched well with our 1920s home.
