Used several times, no problems. More transfer to come. Hoping for webapp.

Pros - My transfer arrived on time. WhatsApp response was 2 minutes and my questions resolved on the day. App is very easy to use. Best exchange rate out there.
Cons - you need to supply them with lots of details, identity check, Live Photos, statements, source of money, etc.
It would be good if they send you an email after transaction to leave reviews, there is not many out there so I was a bit hesitant to used their services at first.

Speed could increase with standard transfer but I think this was an issue with my bank. Prefer the express option anyway.

Used them when moving some savings internationally for a house purchase. It saved me hundreds of pounds, even when compared to other money transfer apps I've used in the past. They were also very easy to deal with when I had to contact about my transfer limits. My only wish was that the transfer process was a bit quicker but if you're not in a rush I don't think there's a better option out there

We used Atlantic money to transfer money when we moved to Australia from the UK. I did a lot of research before I chose Atlantic and the low fee and great rates are unbeatable. The app is very user friendly and the customer service was impeccable. Would definitely recommend.

Best professional and transparent app to transfer money confidently.

Best currency rates and lowest fees, easily beating Wise or other similar services. The lowest fee does take quite a few days (3-4 days) so consider this when transferring money abroad, but if you plan around this I doubt you can beat the rate.

I'd be cautious of the 1 star reviews as they appear to be from people trying to scam the referral bonus.

Easy platform and excellent rates and service

Does what it says on the tin - I've used Atlantic to move quite a bit of money from GBP and EUR to USD now and it really does do the transfer as fast (or faster) than Wise did and at a fraction of the cost.

I've made a 10,000 EUR to GBP transfer and paid just 3 EUR commission as advertised. Support was very helpful and resolved all questions and worries I had in no time

Solid service to pay for purchases abroad. Saved me some money.

I have made several transfers without any problem, they work fine.

Referral program not regulated so my account was cancelled, with an excuse...
When the referrals are made you should previously set the terms of it.

My account was blocked with no reason, I didn't received any email informing it or any type of explanation.

Terrible customer service!

I registered and without explanation my account was deactivated and they wouldn't let me complete my pending transfer.

Scam - Referral program
Unfortunatelly the referral program is not being paid. You are advertising a 15€ referral program for each friend that sends money through their platform, I do all the steps and don't receive my bonus. I do not recommend this company they are scammers.

Used them to send 500 GBP to USD, didn’t really save me a lot.

I signed up on the platform with a promise of $15 for a friend as a referral. I did everything the company asked, including reading all the terms to know all my duties. After having the registration done and all the steps, they are refusing to pay what they promised without any justification! For this reason they are doing false advertising, and deceiving all their future clients!

Unfortunatelly the referral program is not being paid, it promisses 15€ for each referral but it is not being paid, not quite sure why, because the conditions were met
