Disrespectful and unprofessional as series are suddenly stopped before completed.
Sorry not to write dutch, but I know you are well aquainted with english, and you will most likely have a general idea of the basics in the problems
I have had in dealing with this company .
I have started series on 4 subsequent occasions in order to have complete series, but towards end of fulfilment received message that now you have got the series complete, even if 1 to 5 are still lacking and as such the collection is incomplete. Its like ordering a book series and in the end have book 6, 13 and 19 missing.
The following series were expected to be delivered in completion in a smooth nunber row from beginning to end with no gaps in the series:
*Classic Motor Bikes 30 models, 3 missing then 2 delivered after much fuss, still 1 missing never to arrive.
**Classic Motor Cars 31 models, 4 missing then 1 delivered after much work, still 3 missing never to arrive.
***Jeep Series 35 models, stopped with 30, 5 missing never to arrive.
****Silver Cars 31 models, stopped with 25, 6 missing never to arrive.
Explanation: We have no more. Cannot deliver any more.
All series have been running without delay from my side and it is to me incredible that a company can have the ethics to destroy the completion of a collection in such an arrogant way. A collection is complete only when all the items are there in a row. The disappointment is tremendous and you feel your money wasted.
Well, I'm rather tired with this ompany and has stopped my last series, The Wasa Ship Model, not trusting all items to arrive to the end, hence distroying the model.
If you absolutely want to buy from this company, buy the introduction model, then race to your PC and stop the series. It seems though that quite a lot have had trouble with this, too.
To me it seems that the company buys a lot of models, distributing world wide until they are empty an then defining the series ended, even though it is not. Based on my experience and others, this seems to be the general rule for this company.
My conklusion: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
As can be seen from the home pages, there is no company structure, responsible sales manager, director and so on. All such email adresses are well hidden and hard to find. All to often you end up with customer service, which probably do their best, but that is not always enough when the flaws are on company level.
