Prompt response to my enquiry and it was a Sunday. Next day visit by the technician. Our wasp nest was dealt with thoroughly, no more wasps in our home, wonderful. The technician, Mark, was very professional.

Today was the 2nd time I've used this company, lots of wasps trying to make nests in our property, this time at the back of the house. Phil has again given me excellent, fast, tidy service at a great price. Absolutely brilliant service, proper experts at what they do. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again if the need arises

Fast, efficient and friendly service. My initial contact was via email and I had a quick reply to all my questions including a price. I sent a photo of the wasps nest and when I asked when they could come and sort this out, Phil replied 'in 34 minutes'!! Fantastic.

Had a wasp nest above our entrance door to the house , frightening to say the least ! Rang Atlas they came the day after to sort ,fixed price ,no hidden extras . Phil assessed the situation ,located the entrance to the nest and dealt with it. . Like magic they have gone .

Very prompt and reliable family run business, polite and professional. Made a call at 8.30am and by 14.30pm Jacob had treated the wasp nest and eradicated the problem. Would not hesitate to recommend.

A prompt, helpful and courteous reply, with an appointment made and a time-slot given. The technician arrived within the times given, and was very efficient and knowledgeable. The wasps' nest was removed quickly and professionally. Overall, outstanding.

Jacob arrived the day after reporting our issue, on time and with the knowledge and solutions to fix our rodent issue. 3 visits for a set price which, for ensuring the safety of family and cleanliness of the home, I thought was very reasonable. We now have no issues and couldn't recommend the company any more. The family run aspect shows through 100% and the passion for the job and care for both the customer and the pests shines through. Really glad I chose these guys and wouldn't go anywhere else (hopefully won't be needed again though no offence 😀)
