Refund not received after 3 weeks
I returned my order on 13th December but have still not received my refund.
Order number: 67249711
Tracking ID: H04FBD0020755691
The tracking still shows the return as processing at the warehouse. It has now been over three weeks, which is an unacceptable delay for a refund.
I have contacted customer service but the issue remains unresolved. This experience has been very disappointing and has caused unnecessary frustration.
I hope Atlas For Men will take this seriously and process my refund without further delay.

Sent sent 4 messages no response.
Tried to track my order. But there is no information available.
Thankfully I went to paypal resolution center and received a full refund within minutes. Thank you paypal. Update. Absolutely amazing how you put a review on Trustpilot. Then the company want to reach out to you. My customer id is 18271512.
I placed an order with you. No response from you. And your tracking info is useless. I have been a good customer to your company. And you treat me like this. No respect. But now I understand your company is having difficulties. But I sure you could of communicated?

Rip off
I made an order and paid 1/3 with Alma. I was charged more than my order was worth and my order doesn't show up in my order list and all the items are still in the basket with a price around 20€ lower than what I paid. All lines are busy so I can't get any explanation. Very frustrating. I don't think I will order again

Appalling, contradictory serice. CEO doesn't care
It is a nightmare to try and return an item purchased from this company. After using included return postage label and taking the parcel to an EVRI drop-off point on 16 November, I still had heard nothing after more than one week. When asking why, I was told it could take 21 days (yes 21 days!) before Atlas would process the refund. This was confirmed in an email from Atlas. Not being satisfied, I sent a personal email to their CEO Mr. March Delamarre on 3rd December but got no reply. Today, 7th Dec is 21 days, so I called and was now told by customer service (in a call I recored) it was now 35 days before a refund could be processed! But I was also told if I called on 18th December, they may process the refund earlier. Can you image any customer-caring company today having a policy that a refund could not be acknowledge until they had received a returned item after 35 days for a parcel posted and returned to a location within England. Then being told the refund itself could take several days more. Good product, lousy customer service!

We are currently looking into improving this service, so you can see where your returns parcel is located within our system.
As a company we do allow 21 days for returns to be processed, if you do not have a receipt of tracking it can take up to 35 days maximum.
Our returns Team have processed the return and the refund will be with you in the next 3 - 5 working days.

One change that needs to be made is ....You need to be able to re-purchase items from your history orders.
