This experience has been extremely…
This experience has been extremely frustrating. It’s been a year since this issue was raised, and the employer has consistently failed to comply with the Labor Code of the Philippines—specifically Article 103, which mandates that wages be paid at least twice a month at intervals not exceeding 16 days.
Despite repeated requests, they only made changes after we explicitly cited the Labor Code, particularly Article 101 and 103. Prior to that, they kept insisting that no changes were needed, which is both misleading and unacceptable.
Take note: this request was made a year ago, and their refusal to act until legally challenged raises serious concerns. This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional—it borders on deceptive and non-compliant.
