I've placed many orders however only 1 order ever gave me any issues, the issue was a stuck shipping package for over 3 days without movement and the support team was so helpful, not only did the store team give me the correct numbers to call but the person I did speak to on the phone at the shipping facility really made everything right. I do not wish to order elsewhere after my experience with atlrx, they genuinely cared and I will never forget it. 10/10

Very pleased, shipping is fast, usually same or next day. I contacted customer service with a few questions before my first order and they were very responsive and informative. The products themselves deserve a million stars, especially the caramels and Cherry Runtz flower.

I love the product. I would give it a 5 star. However, the Alpharetta store manager is rude to the customers not helpful at all. I have also heard her treating the employees very poorly. I will not go back to the store if she is there. As your reply, I am not a former employee. I have been in your store several times and I like to know people's names. As I said I love your product I still use it. I just don't like some of your employees.

Great Delta8, fast shipping!!

I wish I could give no stars. Ordered 14g got 1g. First the shipping was funny, went from ga to ny and I'm the neighboring state. I could forgive that even tho I paid for extra shipping I wasn't mad. Now it arrives and I have paid for what I didn't receive. I'm hoping that this is resolved or I would not recommend using this service at all. A paying customer.
