Great cushions and very well packaged

I had my eye on this collection of furniture for some time, however I was hesitant to go ahead with an order mainly because of distance. I eventually decided to go for it and I’m very glad I did. Although I had no face-to-face consultations with the staff - it was all by messages/phone - the staff were superb. They basically could not have done more for me, putting up with my continual questions, sending me photos and videos to help me with choice and colour, and just generally making the whole process very straightforward from discussing and ordering the various pieces to the actual delivery (which given the size and weight of the larger pieces was superb - the two men were very careful, quiet yet quick; they put the pieces together and removed all the rubbish too). I am incredibly grateful to them all. I’m so delighted with my new furniture - it is well made and looks even better than it did online. I would throughly recommend Atmacha. Five stars don’t seem to be enough!

I requested a return on the product over two weeks ago and I am still waiting on a response. I'd like to return my order please.

I have looked for cushions everywhere without success. I found them and they were delivered as described and I am extremely pleased with both the look and the quality of them . Will definitely order again .

Excellent communication, quick delivery and got exactly what I'd been looking for but for more than £100 cheaper than anywhere else. Will definitely buy from here in future and would highly recommend. Excellent customer service.

We have bought quite a lot of furniture from Atmacha and have always found them to deliver high quality products at very competitive prices, there is always a long lead time for items not in stock but always within specified time, highly recommended for something a little different

I had a very good experience with Atmacha in store. In particular Abrah was extremely helpful and communicative. Im very happy with the dining room chairs I had delivered today and with previous purchases of a rug and cushions. However I think that the delivery section could be improved.

I recently had a genuinely lovely experience with Atmacha Home And Living. Due to a mix-up, I received the wrong cushions in my order, which actually turned out to be a more expensive set. I contacted them to let them know, as I wanted to be honest and check how they would like to proceed.

Their response was incredibly warm, professional, and prompt. They were so kind and understanding, and very generously told me I was welcome to keep the cushions. I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture - it made me feel valued and cared for as a customer.

I have shopped with them before, and this experience has only strengthened my trust and loyalty. It is rare to come across such genuine customer service, and it has given me every confidence to continue supporting them for future home accessories. I would happily recommend Atmacha Home And Living to others.

"This is actually the third rug I’ve bought from this brand! I got the previous two as gifts for my wife, and she absolutely loved them. I bought this one yesterday, and a friend of mine also went and bought the exact same model and color because she liked it so much. The colors are vibrant, the texture is soft, and it really makes the home feel cozy. Definitely a great purchase I highly recommend it!
