Trusted firm..also fast withdrawal

I had been working with Atmos Funded for almost 5 months and was trading on a $100k live account (Account #3005979). During this time, I also purchased a Nova account. One minor rule issue happened on the Nova account, but instead of handling that account separately, Atmos Funded breached both my Nova account and my live funded account.

They claimed my trading method was “gamification” and permanently blocked me from the platform without giving a fair explanation or proper review process.

From my experience, Atmos Funded is currently not paying many traders. I have seen multiple cases where traders reach the payout stage, only to get refunded and then blocked afterward. This creates serious concerns about transparency and fairness.

In my opinion, traders should be very careful before spending time and money with Atmos Funded. It seems that payouts are mainly being given to people who actively promote the company. I was also promoting them previously, and during that period I was receiving payouts, but later my accounts were suddenly breached and blocked permanently.

Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

They pay (not sure about the larger 4 or 5 figure amounts) but i still have to one star this firm since their support/ discord moderators are some the worst I've seen in the industry. I've caught them several times providing incorrect information on the different account types and their trading rules which can prove to be fatal if an account is breached, they are either very poorly trained or are purposefully doing this to help the payouts get denied.

Avoid Atmos Funded Hidden Rules and Terrible Spreads
I had a very similar experience to many others here: Atmos Funded is not a transparent platform. I joined based on their advertised rules, thinking I was operating within a standard 10% maximum drawdown and 3% daily loss limit.
However, they apply hidden rules that are never clearly disclosed at signup. I was flagged for a "per-trade loss limit" that didn't exist in the initial terms I agreed to. It’s a classic bait-and-switch designed to fail traders on technicalities so they can keep the challenge fees.
The Main Issues:
Massive Spreads:
The spreads are incredibly high and inconsistent. They seem to widen unnaturally right when you are close to a drawdown limit, making it impossible to manage risk effectively.
Hidden Trading Rules:
They reveal "per-trade" restrictions only after they’ve already failed your account.
Platform Manipulation:
I experienced significant lag and freezing on MT5 during high-volatility moments. This isn't just a "glitch"; it feels like a deliberate attempt to prevent traders from closing positions in time.
Lack of Support:
When you ask for written clarification on these hidden rules, support becomes evasive or goes silent.
This firm isn't interested in funding successful traders; their business model relies on collecting fees from people they intend to fail through fine print and poor execution. Save your money and go with a reputable firm.

Atmos Funded is currently the best prop firm I am using or have ever used. Their rules are so straightforward, with a lot of considerations for traders. Their account types are just the best, straightforward and not full of tricky account types that tend to trap traders. Atmos prices are the very very best I have come across. Their payouts are processed very fast, without complications or any denial. They interview traders sometimes to get to know their clients better which is an amazing thing to do. Their website is intuitive, simple and very easy to navigate. Atmos also has a broker where you can take your funds to and continue trading with your personal account, they are actually more broker back than any broker backed firm you can come across (explains why they are so thorough). Honestly, there is nothing bad I can point out when it comes to Atmos, Among the rare gems in the prop industry! And I can see that they will continue this way and become the biggest prop firm out there.

I’m currently having a difficult experience trading with Atmos because it clearly seems like they manipulate their candle sticks to stop you out. My first trade with them was same issue, manipulated candle stopped me out with over 30pips to my stop loss. Then again, next trade, a candle stick forming way beyond the normal actual price and stopping me out while I should still be in my position. And they shouldn’t even come to say its spread cos spread don’t always clearly manipulate candles and stop people out. My account is 3025340, and I traded EURGBP on April 29, my stop loss was placed at 0.86592 and there is this just very abnormal candle stopping me out which I tried to confirm with as many brokers as I could and it was only with ATMOS. I guess you all are shady and should try to be transparent cos people are putting in the real work

Horrible experience.. I never experienced such a pathetic support staff. If you want to experience a chaos of vegetable market you can join this firm. support staff will soon will be the reason of this firm downfall. rude,arrogant with no manners . First of all he don't know how to organise an event. If you asked any questions he ban you immediately. I think Atmos fund ceo is not at all serious about buisness. Totally Unprofessional and unethical. It's my advice to all the traders do not waste your money on this firm. All those good ratings and payout are fake. It's my personal experience. All have all the proof of unprofessional approach by your support staff. And if your ceo has time go and check your discord. You game or event mod don't know how to run an event. It's like a vegetable market. No professionalism..

I passed both phases and posted a review before it took them 4 days to review and then came up with that i was gambling and grid trading, i used the same strategy for phase 1 and phase 2 but they breached phase 2. When i call for explanation and via emails they didn't replied, wasted so much of my time money and psychology.

Working with this team has been a great experience. The rules are clear, the process is transparent, and everything runs smoothly. Payouts are reliable and on time, which builds real trust. Customer support is also quick and helpful whenever needed.

Overall, it’s a solid platform for traders who are serious about growing and staying consistent. Highly recommended.

I’ve been trading with Atmos for a while now, and overall my experience has been quite positive. The evaluation process is straightforward and not overly complicated compared to other prop firms I’ve tried.

The payout process has also been smooth on my side. Once I followed all the rules properly, the withdrawal didn’t take long, which is a big plus for me.

Of course, like any prop firm, you need to be disciplined and stick to their risk management rules. But if you can manage that, Atmos is definitely a decent option to consider

My experience with the last two accounts was quite painful, and I was genuinely disheartened. But today, getting this account back has given me hope that I can work for another seven days and earn a profit from you.

I am sharing my experience with Atmos Funded after purchasing multiple trading accounts.

I paid a total of £2,870 in account fees. My trading activity was reviewed by the firm, and I successfully received payouts, which indicates that my activity was accepted at the time and did not breach their rules.

Despite this, I was later informed that I am permanently ineligible to participate in their programs. Importantly, the company confirmed that this decision was risk-based and not due to any rule breach or misconduct.

After being excluded from the platform, I requested a refund as I am no longer able to use the service I paid for.

Instead of resolving the matter, Atmos offered a partial payment of $846, but only if I signed a waiver containing confidentiality and non-disparagement clauses. I was also informed that they would not proceed with any discussion unless I first removed my public reviews.

I attempted to resolve the matter amicably, including offering to conclude things properly, but the company has now withdrawn their offer and stated that their decision is final and that they will no longer engage.

To summarise:

- £2,870 paid in account fees
- No rule breach identified
- Permanently excluded from the service
- Refund refused
- Settlement withdrawn and no further communication offered

I have retained full records of all correspondence and will now be pursuing the matter through formal dispute channels.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this firm fully understands how disputes are handled and how decisions may be applied.

I became funded since last year December with this firm, and today i have 6 payout with them. There customer service is very helpful and super fast in solving problems. The payout process is fast on my last 5 payouts, the last one took 48hours before approval.
