DPD let you down I did not get my purchase until Friday 13th this was only when I phoned them and demanded it to be delivered.
Apparently the driver said the coop delivery point was closed and was taking the parcel back to depot.
This was absolute rubbish.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy, but we’d like to clarify the situation for accuracy.
Our courier, FedEx, confirmed that this parcel was successfully delivered, and their investigation concluded with the case closed. Based on this confirmation, no liability for a lost parcel was accepted.
In addition, a chargeback was raised while you were also claiming for a direct refund from ourselves, essentially trying to claim the cost twice. Both disputes were reviewed by your bank and our payment provider and resolved in our favour, as delivery was confirmed and supporting evidence was provided.
We have responded to all correspondence related to this matter and followed the correct process throughout. As the order was confirmed as delivered and the chargebacks were declined, no further refund was due.
