Fake website... No response from calls emails, text messages took me money for order over a month ago haven't heard anything...

This is not a legitimate company. Do not fall for their low prices. They dont have s store to sell anything. Both addresses they provide go to a house in the middle of Florida and a storage unit a few miles from that. They dont return calls, emails or text messages. They are very quick to take your money only to keep b pushing the arrival date further and further out. Take my advice, shop anywhere else but ATMTOYS. I would rate them less than a star but in order to leave a review at least 1 star needed to be left. Save your monet and shop somewhere else.

I wish I read the reviews before placing an order with this scaming company... like many before me, never received order, won't answer phone or email. After a month of trying I've given up, contacting bank Monday for refund.... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.....

Total scam. Order was never delivered and when I logged in for an order update it was continually in a "processing" status. No one answers the customer service number or email. They will bill you and then just string you along and make you think they are a legit business.

Placed order on 12/31 and received a tracking number finally 1/6 (originally said delivery by 1/7). I watch the tracking number on usps website for a few days and it says label created usps awaiting package for shipping but it never updates and usps never receives the package so I contact atmtoys. I try the customer chat and their email and over the course of 2 weeks I send half a dozen messages with no response and still no update from usps so finally I had to contact my bank to issue a refund.

WEBSITE IS A SCAM! I have emailed and called this place several times. My order has been saying processed for 4 days and no update on it at all. When you do call it disconnects after 5 minutes. So now I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company. It looks legit but it's not. Save your time and money and look somewhere else.

SCAM! Stay away! Prices are too good to be true and they are. Tried to order from the site, looked legit, received status updates and everything. But then they stopped. Tried to email support got no response. 5 days later still no response, threatened to cancel order no response. Finally I threatened to file a dispute with my CC company. Miraculously the status changed to shipped and then I got an email saying they had shipped the wrong item and cancelled the order. After 2 weeks no product but at least I got my money back!

Total lack of response from support, no status updates, fake shipment info, prices too good to be true. If you are lucky you'll get a refund, if not good luck with your credit card or bank. Stay away!!

SCAM. STAY AWAY. If you've already purchased something and are wondering why the item hasn't been processed yet, reach out to your bank and file a dispute. If you ever speak to an actual rep from this company feel free to give them hell, before they get there anyway.

I placed an order after 3 days I reached the company and they said they were busy of the holidays (this response was mid January on the 15th) . It’s obviously a scam . Please reach out to your banks if you’ve been scammed as well They are obviously a foreign owned company scamming Americans .

Did not receive the product, did not get any response when calling or emailing. Had a hard time trying to get a refund for the product.Not received. Not a trustworthy site. No customer service. Nothing but a scam.

They are a scam site. They have a disclaimer on their website saying if your package says delivered they will help you file a claim...they are using the post office to scam. Example my order should have been 65lb plus box. They sent something that was "delivered". Must have been junk mail because I never recieved it and when I asked the post office to track they informed me it was a 3.5 ounce parcel. 125.$$ Scammed.
