Inspired by our desire to apply the principles of positive psychology in an engaging and meaningful way, we produce a range of practical, uplifting and thought-provoking products, including card decks and digital tools.

At My Best products are regularly used by coaches, facilitators, teachers and other professionals around the world, to help people get a better understanding of their strengths and build on what's already working well.

Sometimes they are used for personal reflection, sometimes in one-to-one meetings, sometimes in groups (e.g. team meetings, training sessions or conferences).

That is me................

The At My Best Strengths cards were a very powerful tool in a coaching session I led this week. My client choose 4 cards to represent her leadership using the pictures. She explained her choices refering to those images. I then asked her to look at the strengths described on the back of the cards. "That is me" she said when the cards were face up in front of her. She snapped them on a phone. I think she has been left with a clear picture of those strengths.
