I been looking at the Thermal scopes for a little while. I saw the chat icon lit up for Labor Day deals, I just needed to chat to see what deals they had. Kelly Prince made the whole return process easy. When you have to return something that you have paid good money for, it’s not an enjoyable process and sometimes the people you deal with seem like they don’t have time to help you. This was not the case with Kelly. Many people don’t realize that when you purchase a product it’s not really the product, it’s the customer service for that product that really matters. You won’t know how good the service is until you have a problem with that product. Kelly made that easy and I will continue to purchase and to recommend ATN.

Amazing Customer Service
I purchased an ATN Thor 5 with the laser range finder built in. The features are awesome. Unfortunately, it had to be returned a few times for warranty work, but their customer service has been exceptional and they didn’t hesitate to ensure I got my money’s worth. Kelly Prince was the latest service member I called and she was swift to make it right. Reminded me of Cabela’s customer service in the good old days (before Bass Pro bought them). They stand by their product and have thought of everything to make thermal hunting a great experience.
