I had a great experience purchasing a domain through Atom. There was an issue where the Bitcoin payment option was not initially available for my purchase, even though I had prepared Bitcoin specifically for it.
The support team was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the process. Several team members kept me updated, escalated the issue internally, and eventually arranged for me to complete the payment using crypto. After I sent the payment, they quickly confirmed it, marked the domain as sold, and explained the next steps for the transfer.
What stood out most was how responsive and friendly everyone was. They took my request seriously, communicated clearly, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel safe and well handled.
Big thanks to the Atom support team. This was a 10/10 experience, and I would definitely recommend Atom to anyone buying or selling a domain.

Good for sellers as they allow us to put Custom DNS Settings. Making it possible to list the domains on several marketplaces at once. Other platforms like Afternic try to prevent you from doing this, which makes Atom highly superior.
