Bought the cheapest yearly VPS for a simple project. I like the easy pre-install configuration menu and everything went smoothly, network speed is good, performance is fine.

Alot of it was easy, and what wasnt easy, they had a tutorial set for it and made it simple

Support is amazing and development servers are perfect for getting stuff done without having to go through the troubles of port-forwarding my router for my SRCDS server.

How so? I had simply asked if you wanted an IP swap, instead you decide to not be cooperative unlike pretty much every other customer who has contacted us first.

All three of my servers were affected by this IP subnet problem. I didn't contact you because I didnt want the hassle of having an asinine conversation via support tickets about whether I wanted services that I paid for to work or not.

Unfortunately due to a problem with the IP subnet, there are problems with reachability. We noticed you put in a cancellation request but you didn't contact us. If you would prefer, we can swap your IP allocation and your server would be back online.

Too bad, no one responded to the ticket I sent for 3 days.

My VPS's were provisioned immediately, they are as-advertised with no problems. The dashboard is top notch and my one question to support was answered quickly. All that and the price is amazing. I'll be using them for more after I test the waters a bit.

It was good but I did not know how to delete add-ons that I added.

I unfortunately started a server during a large storm in the server’s area. I don’t blame the host for the outage, but I couldn’t get my server to work. I tried going through Discord and put in tickets, but it took over twenty-four hours to get a response to my questions whether the issue was my fault or whether the server outage was resolved. The server did post in Discord that it had been resolved, but the lack of communication on how to find information was sorely lacking. I did give them an extra star for a prompt refund (from which they took 75 cents, but I’m not going to quibble over that.)

I have had a great experience with AtomicNetworks as a VPS provider. Their support ticket response is quick, friendly, and enthusiastic. I am particularly impressed with their Black Friday deals and plan to renew my services without hesitation. Highly recommended for their reliable support and excellent service packages!

I previously wrote a good review because their service was solid, but now it just completely sucks. opened a ticket that sat for 5 days before I cancelled my service.

Do not buy from this company unless you want to wait for days to fix simple issues that any other provider could solve in half an hour.
