Ordered a couple of items on here on the 7th of March and they still haven't arrived and it'd August. Tried emailing and contacting the customer service but got no answers and now can't get the mieny back. Would not recommend at all!
Bought 2 items on the 5th, got an email on the 7th to say that they had been shipped. Was supposed to be posted 1st class. Tried contacting them on the 13th as they still hadn't arrived, got no reply to message and couldn't get through at all on the phone line. Parcel finally arrived on the 15th but with only one item inside and sent 2nd class. Would not recommend this company and will never buy from them again!!! What a way to treat your customers!!!
I had a few questions before purchasing a gift so I phoned and the chap I spoke to was very helpful indeed. He gave me all the information I needed and even managed to get my order to me the next day. The item was well presented and packaged securely, all in all a very pleasant experience.

Wanted to pre-order Harry Potter advent calendar.
But it states in large bold that ' payment will be taken immediately, which doesn't guarantee the order in which case money will be refunded!
So why take the money beforehand? what are you actually paying for?? Money removed immediately from your bank into theirs for no definite order? how can this be fair?
I would also like to add that I have pre-ordered 2 of the calendars from another supplier. Who states that the payment will not be taken from the account until 48hrs prior to dispatch, also like many other suppliers with the same policies.
This is a much fairer approach to it's customers. There have been so many cases where customers have paid up front for goods, only to find that the company have gone broke overnight and have been unable to get their money refunded!

We have this payment policy in place to ensure only customers that genuinely want to receive one are able to do so, as this product has such limited availability we'd hate for anyone to miss out.
As stock numbers are so limited, we state that we cannot guarantee pre-orders to manage expectations and to not disappoint anyone.
Pre-orders can be refunded at anytime until the item ships, then our normal refund policy applies.
You also have added protection when paying with PayPal as their Buyer Protection policy applies to all purchases made on Atomic Toys.
