The wallet itself needs a huge upgrade and is also very inconsistent with how it functions through usage. The staking is also pretty wonky and needs updating. Being a user of this wallet since 2020, I... See more

It COULD be a great wallet (i.e. simple, great colors etc), BUT - every few weeks your wallet will get flooded with a bunch of useless sh*t coins. This means you have to manually go in and "de-select" each and every one of these sh*t coins just so that you can see what is in your wallet. I have written to Atomic Wallet and pointed out that the fix is simple - just make new coins "inactive by default"! Were they interested? Hell no! They obfuscated and responded with a word salad.
Conclusion: The wallet looks good, but functionally it is just unusable - by design. Imagine going into your wallet and finding 50 new junk coins - and now you have to manually remove each one. And this occurs every few weeks! Again and again.

Do not use this wallet, if you stake your coins might get stuck they dont update the software for months and will left you stranded while you lose thousands of dollars in the process. The customer service is present and replies but wont help you solve your problem, they just say: "were working on it" but they dont.. I lost so much money to this wallet. Beware!

Atomic has asked me to pay 4.7k up front for an insurance policy for the transfer of my funds, which they have said they will repay to me after transfer. Is this a scam. Has anyone ever experienced this in type of thing with there funds transfers. Thanks

Has atomic been putting everyone through these anti money laundering rules where you have to send them money to have your funds released?

I have explained that I know zero about computer related apps and investing as I do not process the education to complete transactions with my assets. I am in a financial situation where I need to diversify and liquidate a small portion of my savings. I don't know how it all works but I'm willing to learn.

Been using them since I got into crypto 2018. Never really had a big issue. But recently while trying to get my crypto off Atomic and put it in my cold storage since all the uncertainty of legislation. It will not allow me to swap tokens. My bnb is stuck on there because they claim the version of BNB i have is discontinued . Use at your own risk.

Fraud!!
My mother was a victim of fraud on this app. A fake representative told her to invest all of her money in a fake ETH token. When we tried to withdraw it, we received a message saying it was impossible. Make sure you don’t invest in unverified tokens.
