Piece not delivered!
Good day, i still don't get the piece, i also paid for the express shipment and it's time that i dont get the watch, i would like to have a refund since i dont get it as yet, or al least an answer cause I've texted the WhatsApp number and i had no response, i need help please.
January 10th, the piece was cleared on January 7th is taking more than 3 days to arrive from downtown??? Are you serious???? I STILL DON'T GET THE FREAKING WATCH!!!!

Nothing special to say except I got what I ordered, in a timely fashion, and the quality was as expected. The ceramic watches are quite good value even with the quartz movement.

The machine does not work well it goes very slowly it takes back two or three minutes per hour and then stops even when wearing the watch, so it is useless

The order preparation is extremely long, and it takes way too long to arrive, I understand the amount of orders and the holiday season, but still 4 weeks it’s a lot and I still did not receive it. I’ve sent an email about it if it can be sent already cause it’s a gift for my long distance boyfriend and if I’ll not receive it soon I will never have the chance to offer it to him soon, so it happened. I’m disappointed of the time preparation of a order it took way too long. I did not receive it yet so I can review it but yea.

Ordered the product, company did not deliver
Ordered the product, they did not deliver - I included our Box # and street address including plus 4 ZIP Code. The company claimed our address was not valid and went silent, I was skeptical when order was placed because this company is China based. I would not recommend purchasing any items from this company.

Christmas gift never arrived despite…
Christmas gift never arrived despite paid express shipping
I purchased a watch from Atomishine at the end of November, specifically as a Christmas gift, and I also paid extra for express shipping to ensure it would arrive on time.
Unfortunately, the watch has still not arrived and today is Christmas. This left me in a very uncomfortable position, with nothing to give as a gift.
While I understand that delays can happen, especially during the holiday season, what I find unacceptable is the lack of clear communication and proactive updates, particularly considering the additional fee paid for fast delivery. No realistic delivery timeline was provided, and I had to chase information myself.
When customers pay extra for express shipping, they reasonably expect reliability, transparency, and priority handling. In this case, none of that was delivered.

Unfortunately, due to the extremely high shipment volume during the holiday season, the logistics provider misplaced your package. As soon as we saw your review, we immediately initiated an investigation with the courier and, once the issue was confirmed, promptly arranged a replacement shipment for you. We also upgraded the replacement to fast shipping at no additional cost.
