Shipping took too long.
When I ordered my shirts, I was told they would arrive in 3 to 5 days. After two weeks I emailed to find out why they weren’t here and was worried because it was Christmas week. The reply to my concern was “Someone will respond to you within 48 hours.” I don’t know how big or small this company is but if someone can’t reply to me for two days, that’s not a companyI want to deal with. If you’re that big - hire more people. If you’re that small, hire more people.

Thanks for your review and feedback. Our standard delivery estimate for UK to USA is approx 3 - 5 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery time and at certain times of year, such as Christmas, delivery can occasionally take longer. We would always recommend you use an Express delivery service if your order is urgent or time sensitive. I see your delivery took 8 working days. according to the tracking.
