I ordered a baterry operated spray gun i recieved an attachment for a hose ...MASSIVE SCAM DO NOT USE!!!

If only I had seen these reviews before ordering, a crappy little stand which can’t even hold a laptop arrived instead of the foldable laptop table pictured in their advertisement. Their solution is to return for full refund but they cannot pay to PayPal they ask for bank details, another scam no doubt!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE
(also known as Yingling from China). The laptop portable table was shown on site but you get an aluminum rack that’s not equipped to hold a tablet or laptop. This is the biggest scam!!!! It took over 2 months to get it and all the wait for a piece of junk. I’m glad I used PayPal to at least get some of my money back. I’m done ordering if it’s not made & delivered in the USA.

Same issue ordered the portable desk and recieved a frame instead.

Contacted seller and they offered me the same, 50% refund or send it back and get a full refund but they won't cover delivery cost.

I filed a complaint with paypal directly to get a refund. Explaining after looking at some reviews this clearly a scam the company runs by sending out the wrong product and misleading customers.

Paypal issued me a full refund in 24hrs.

Don't settle for the 50% refund go straight to PayPal and get all your money back

Ordered Aluminium laptop foldable stand. items' ad was on Instagram. I paid 43.33 CAD$. Didn';t realized it was coming from CHINA. For sure, i wouldn't have ordered that item.

Now, after 2 months package is here. They have delivered the tiny little useless frames in a package. Now they are telling me to pay for returning that item , shipping cost is 154.15 CAD$.

They said they won't cover any shipping fees. I will only get full refund of my item, when i ship the wrong one they delivered.

Many people seems to be a victim of this scam. I really want to take on these.

How to deal with this CHINESE MAFIA??

Same experience for me. Waited 2 months for the aluminium laptop table- finally received @$5 wire frame stands.... like everybody else who received anything at all. I wrote to complain, given options of 50% refund and keep frames, or return items and wait for a full refund- with no refund of return shipping. The shipping they required was almost as much as I paid for my total order. The good news is the 50% refund came very quickly. But this site seems to be a perfect example of a bait and switch scam. I would have never bought from them if Facebook and Paypal hadn't been affiliated with them. Paypal and Facebook should repudiate this site and refund our money 100%. These types of sites affect them negatively as well

I saw this store advertisement for aluminum laptop stands on FaceBook so I wrongly believed that FB had vetted them. Atox store is a complete scam. Do not purchase anything from them. When you ask for tracking information they give you the run around. When you do get tracking info it's a total waste of time. The tracking info is convoluted and contradictory. Luckily, I paid via PayPal and got my money back by disputing the charges since nearly 3 months had past and I still hadn't received the aluminum laptop stands. Yesterday, the package arrived and it was some flimsy frame lifts, nothing like what I ordered. I'm not going to bother to return them since other reviewers have noted that Atox will not pay the return shipping fees even though they sent the incorrect items. Instead, I will trash the flimsy frames.

I'm ordered laptop desk from this store on 04/26/20 but still I don't got it. I ask home they said me it's take time due to current pendant c. After couple of days I sent email they said you have to wait more 2-3 weeks after 3 weeks I sent email asked what is the status of my product they replied me that it's on way. I don't get any information then after 1 week I asked him about refund because there is no updates for my product then they stop to my reply.
I would suggest this store is scam they took my money for product + express shipping cost.

Totally A Scam ordered a laptop so-called adjustable table it came with some aluminum frames that well my laptop can fit on I would need to put on a table still this place a total rip off and what's worst they did this during Covid19 , over 5000 orders made only to get some bs frames. if I could give No stars I would

Ordered some portable laptop desks to use in home office during Covid lockdown. What arrived was three very basic aluminium brackets. Totally different product. This company Yinglian is a total scam. They won’t pay for return shipping even when they’ve sent completely the wrong products. Don’t wait for Yinglian to provide any promised refund. Go straight to PayPal Buyer Protection scheme and claim return shipping from PayPal as well. Help to put this outfit out of business.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered over a month ago and emailed customer service and they claimed once the item hits the US it is not tracked anymore but I should just wait.....my items are coming. I still don't have my items and customer service will no longer respond to my inquiries. They are a scam and I don't ever expect to receive my items. Total rip off!

I've ordered a wireless pressure washer too...haven't heard a thing..these scams should be sought out by websites where they advertise and they should be charged with FrAud and bought to justice...its not right !!!!!! ATOX you've got a lot to answer to..yiu should be named A-TOXIX

Scam site that sends you totally wrong cheap items

I've ordered a ergonomic desk from this site 7 weeks ago, i paid via PayPal and still not received anything everytime I check tracking information it says its still in transit
I paid £9.99 plus I upgraded it to £18.00 for one with built-in fans, after that I paid another upgraded postage which said delivery is from America so postage was another £14 on top £32.00 total outlay

When I initially ordered I chose expedited shipping but it was my bad for not checking what that meant versus standard shipping.
Since then when i emailed to ask what the difference was I have come across noting but service that made no sense to me. Asking what the difference is was not answered, asking about delivery times there was the same as other posts "give it another week".
I will be more diligent in whom I deal with in future but have yet to see anything updated on their "tracking site".

Never received my pressure washer , apparently they have the habit of responding to emails just to buy more time PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM
