Abysmal

Abysmal, Shocking, Disbelief.
I ordered 2 tins of Pilchards from Amazon; I was mortified. The tins were tiny, and this company, Atrad Sales Limited, based in Littleborough, Lancashire, UK, charged me £6.99! I'm a former Exec Chef with many years' experience, so ordering good value is second nature to me. I was not happy with this, so I contacted Amazon; they are conducting a full investigation. I decided to conduct my own 'private investigation' into this company, 'Atrad Sales Limited'. Want their email? You can find that on Google! Decided to see their registered company. You can find out for yourself, but it's a personal home address for a 'Company' that alleges over 160,000 satisfied customers! Pull the other one; it has bells on it. Their motto? 'Our company mission statement is that all our customers should be willing to recommend us to their friends and colleagues after experiencing our high level of customer service'. This all features on the Amazon page with this seller's information. Try googling this company: 'Atrad Sales Limited'. They have many business addresses; a lot of their business information is 'Missing', and one of their registered addresses shows Barclays Bank Chambers! Also coincidental that the missing information is not there for the public? My guess? It has been intentionally taken down! I could go on, but to give these Charlatans any more of my time would be a sin. NEVER, and I cannot stress this enough, have anything to do with this company. They are not worth your time, energy, focus, or hard-earned cash. I had to rate it 1 star; believe me, they don't deserve any stars. Conning, lying, fraudulent bunch of charlatans! By the way, 80% positive, 4 stars? Yeah, I don't think so! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. It would be interesting to see if they have filed any Tax forms? I think 'Trading Standards' needs contacting... Blue recycling bin on the side, white chair and bench in the front garden, oh, and the downstairs blinds pulled? What are they hiding, I wonder?
