This would be the first time ever in my entire professional career that I'm writing a Company review, so please take this seriously.
I worked with BMS Consulting/BMS Coporate Solutions GmbH, and I'm writing this review here because Atruvia is in partnership with this Company.
BMS Consulting/BMS Coporate Solutions GmbH is a company that breeds and allows racist and discriminating practices in my opinion and from my experience. I fell into a deep depression that took me months to recover from while working there that I finally had to QUIT. Like most foreigners/People of Color here in Germany, I overcompensated by working longer hours, did my work diligently, received lots of positive appraisals for the projects that I completed, worked late hours (I remember an incident when I received a message past 12.00am by the KBM Tribe Lead to complete a project), despite all my hardwork and success stories, I was discriminated against and never accepted within the company, I reported this SEVERALLY to the HR team and i remember being told by one of them that "If He were in my shoes He would quit". This was the most traumatising experience I've had in my professional Career and Atruvia, VR Bank and any other Companies that continue to work with/for this Company should know You are supporting a brand that treats People of Color like they are less than and praise little efforts by their German counterparts
