Part of a scam! Do not use!

This is just a scam to get you to pay for someone to change your CV.

You get approached by an head hunter agency (Recruit Direct) saying you've been referred to them, etc and to send them your CV for the role they are recruiting for.

They then respond saying:

The role is aligned with your experience. Unfortunately your resume does not parse correctly into Candidate Management System. In order to move forward, I need your ATS friendly resume ASAP for the initial process. You may contact atsfriendlyresumes.com for ATS Compatible Resume.

I can guarantee this is owned by the people who say they are an agency.
