Every time I’m about to finish a survey it gets stuck on a page, as I rewind it it kicks me out the survey and I don’t get any money and a lot of wasted time

I have tried to cash out my money into my paypal and they are still yet to release it to me i spent hours doing surveys and referring friends but now i don’t think i’ll use the app again

I have just got another payment from AttaPoll, very satisfied, regular surveys, highest payments among all panels, the money arrive immediately at PayPal, no takses as the Pawns app.

I had £18:92 in my account when they disabled my account. I am yet to see this money or have it in my bank. I spent over 5 hours working on that as I needed that money and they decide to disable my account and not respond to any of my concerns? I would have been happy enough to delete the app if that’s what they wanted if they would just give me the money that I spend ages trying to get. I was actually enjoying this app a lot until this happened I even referred many of my friends but now I am doubting whether or not they are trustworthy because I feel like the money I had spent so long saving has just been taken from me.

Started on March 31st 2025 have been cashing out £3 aday if not more into paypal. Great surveys don't get screened out much. Have made nearly 100 pound already loving atapol app

I installed the app 5 days ago and just cashed in some money today. 5.57 CAD. I wouldn't say it's a small amount since I did just earn money from an app, but some surveys are difficult to get money from since they would kick you out if you don't fit into the criterias. Plus, sometimes, the variety of the surveys are limited. Also, I downloaded 3 game apps to earn money from Attapoll, but only one of them worked, ad the two others just didn't give me the money it promised.

I've sent several messages for days about money I have stuck on the account and they never reply back it's ridiculous

Joke absolute con beware surveys completed and don't get paid for them . There customer service is non existence .

I completed the survey but the survey had an error and I could not change the browser so I did not receive the reward. But there is no reporting system to dispute any rewards, so when something goes wrong you will lose the rewards and cannot report or dispute to get them back. I don't enjoy spending time doing half a survey,only for it to disqualify me.Other survey sites at least award you for spending time on a survey even if you get disqualified. There's no easy way to contact this site.

They are definitely a scam. I completed multiple surveys but was often screened out. Despite that, I managed to earn $10, only for them to reject my payout and block my account when I tried to cash out. I had successfully cashed out via PayPal before, but this time they decided to block me. It's not just happened to me—several of my friends have experienced the same thing. They’re likely harvesting your data, and once they have enough, they just block you from their system.

When it comes to “nappies” of $24.23hk dollars , the interviewer keeps on asking diapers how you think of diaper a and b and c and a has worlds number one comfortable and skin friendly and dry and b only has 14 hr and c has been skin research . This diapers one is scam
It does not even pay out and throw you after some minutes say they don’t need you

Heard about this easy to use phone app only to be disappointed. I completed $5 worth of surveys only for the account to be terminated. There were no reasons offered nor an in app help desk to resolve the issue. Future users and cilents beware - this app is highly suspicious and will not pay you for your time nor opinions. I welcome their support to respond and resolve the issue. Until then, this review will stay up.

Passed more than 72 hours since I. Completed a video game task, and I did not receive the reward. And your support is absolutely useless. You could train your chatbots better…

Absolutely disappointed! And the surveys with more than 0.1 cent reward that I take are rewardless. I did not get a penny for the dozens of surveys I completed that had a reward of more than 0.1 cent.

I started to use this App during the pandemic to keep my mind occupied, everything was great until a few months ago when everything changed. They started to offer less surveys than before, I was screened out more often and in the end they banned my account because I was rejected from surveys too often. Let me tell you about the lasts 3 surveys: one rejected me when I check the female option (I am female since birth), the second rejected me when I wrote my age (I always used my real age) the third one rejected me when they asked to choose “purple” from the list, so I chose purple and they disqualified me immediately. So the next day I received a message that my account was suspended because I had too many disqualifications, I was so disappointed because AttaPoll was an amazing app before, I really don’t know why and who decided to mess up with the app.

Beware of this fraud app and never, i mean never contact with them via app support email otherwise they will terminate your account, I have started using attapoll for the last 2 months and few days ago I have contacted them via app support email regarding profiling questions issue and today they replied with -

"We are no longer able to provide you with surveys.

Your account does not meet the quality standards required for participation in surveys. This can be due any of the following reasons: Survey creators rejecting too many of your responses when they were reviewed;

Not paying attention by providing inconsistent, hasty or conflicting responses;

Use of VPN or Proxy;

Attempting to create multiple accounts;

Any other violation of our terms & conditions

This decision is permanent and cannot be reversed." And they disabled my account without any reason.
Now tell me is it a joke ?? Because not a single survey has been rejected in the past two months nor i use VPN or proxy nor i have multiple accounts nor i attempted to create multiple accounts, then how they can disable my account?? I urge every users to report this app in Play Store, because this app needs to get removed from Play Store ASAP, because they're fraud, please report on Play Store.
