The webex session was well-conducted. In some places the presentation didn't match the documentation (eg different page numbers) perhaps due to different formatting.

Web training has become an expected form of training today especially as a result of Covid. Michael (the presenter) was most personable however all other participants were not which could be for a variety of reasons. A 5 minute question slot could be included at the end of the training of briefly mid way.

The whole team were great to deal with, ordered a pat tester which cam extremely quickly and was squeezed into a course when there were no spots left.
