I arrived a week ago at the clinic ……
I arrived a week ago at the clinic … after initial consultation the work to be completed was more than I had expected but the clinic took care of everything and explained everything in great detail…. All my concerns were addressed and questions answered fully. Day 2 I began treatment under anaesthetic, this was my first experience and again my Co ordinator talked me through everything. I have found everyone to be most helpful and although my treatment won’t be completed for a few months i look forward to seeing the final results.

Efficiency, Professionalism and Kindness
My second visit on after 2 years of first treatment; some of my crowns became loose. Obviously, I prefer that didn’t happen, but again, it was such an efficient service and for a person of colour, it’s a great country to be in. Airport pick up and drop off; pick up from and drop off to hotel for each appointment. I only needed to be there twice this time and the second was to review the adjustment which was made with an improved ‘cementation’ method from what was used 2 years prior.
The people are the best and all multilingual it seems, including the cab drivers. And each time, there’s time to visit tourist attractions, recommended or swan off on your own…

My experience has been nothing but great. They provide shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and the dental location. They streamline everything to make it easy, comfortable, and safe throughout your entire trip. The staff has been professional and punctual, making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I definitely wouldn’t recommend…
I definitely wouldn’t recommend Attelia, I had 24 crowns fitted at the beginning of November 2023 and from day 1 of them filing my teeth until now I’ve had excruciating pain! Whilst I was there I was ringing and messaging them on the number provided with no response and left in pain, however when I wanted to book the treatment before having the crowns fitted they messaged back straight away every time!
After having the crows fitted they advised the sensitivity and pain would be gone after 1 month, I contacted them in December to advise the pain still hadn’t gone away so they advised me to have Botox injected in to the masseter muscle as they suggested I was suffering from my teeth grinding at night! I had the Botox done which didn’t make a blind bit of difference so I decided to visit my own UK dentist who advised they had made the back crowns too big and had also made all the crowns in my mouth except one rear, 2’s & 3’s which doesn’t allow the ligaments and the muscles in the mouth to move as freely as they should. I confronted them about this and they advised they’d done it to fill gaps and strengthen the teeth to which my dentist advised this is nonsense and wasn't needed. My dentist then done X-Rays and suggested that 2 of the back molars needed to have root canals done as they had filled down my teeth too much whilst fitting the crowns which had damaged the nerve. I had this treatment done which relieved some of the pain but not all.
At this point I spoke with them again to which they advised me to revisit but unfortunately my trust had gone by this point so my dentist referred me to a specialist.
After seeing the specialist it was apparent that Attelia had changed my bite which they confirmed today but unfortunately it was completely out and no where near where it should be and I needed a splint made up to allow my muscle to relax so he could find the correct alignment and remove and remake some of the crowns to correct the bite. I have since spoken with Attelia today who completely disagree with everything the specialist has said and wanted me to revisit their clinic, I refused as I’ve got my dentist and a specialist both saying the same thing and as soon as the splint was fitted 2 weeks ago the pain stopped immediately and as soon as I take it out the pain starts again, so il stand with the specialists findings and not Attelia. I have asked Attelia for a refund of some kind to go towards putting right what they done wrong but they’ve declined, so if you want to pay Attelia £4500 for a set of crowns,

£50 - Specialist Consultation
£695 - Splint
£3200 - estimated cost by specialist to replace crowns that need to be redone

Plus 6 months of taking pain killers, passing blood and constipation from taking Remedine & Ibuprofen 3 times a day, everyday this is the place to go!

I came for a check up. I had been having problems with a lisp and smile. The staff here were wonderful they suggested that I needed to upgrade to titanium and zirconium they also changed my smile for me. All this was done free of charge to myself.
