My card payments funds have been…

My card payments funds have been withheld over almost a month and they have been quite unhelpful at help me get own money. £25k held hostage and all I get it we are working on it. More than a week gone and still no reply on when or how I can release my funds. All I get is they are waiting to hear from their partners at WorldPay. Been a customer for over 7 years when they were trading as SureSite and this is the treatment I receive. So disappointing. Worst thing is they withheld my payments taken over the last month but they still made sure to take their fees on them payments. What a joke.
