I ordered a jacket in August which as of October has not arrived. Sent numerous emails to customer service etc with no reply.SCAM merchants . They should be ashamed of themselves!!

I have ordered from this company after an influencer had tagged it in a “try on with me” so thought it would be legit - but I haven’t received my parcel and haven’t had any response from my multiple emails - now trying to get my money back through my bank!! SCAM!
