I had a complain about the trench coat since it is very poorly fabricated on the inside. Overall it looks amazing, great fabrics but when you take a closer look you can see glue and loose yarn. I was very disappointed and send pictures to customer service in order to find out weather I may have received a lemon. The product is beautiful and I somehow wanted to keep it. No response to several email. It’s a shame.

Beautiful clothing, terrible customer service. I had to exchange a jacket due to sizing and my second jacket was sent with an additional $200 duty payment request. The additional cost was not worth it, so I initiated a return in December 2023. It is now February 2024 and I have not received a single response to any of my emails for 2 months. Other friends who were also making returns / exchanges encountered the same frustrations -- no communications, no refunds, no updates at all. Great quality clothing, but a terrible experience as a customer. Would not recommend until they change their operations and customer service.
